Why not try this antioxidant-rich green smoothie to celebrate! Packed full of so much goodness and (dare I say it myself) DELICIOUS!

3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 pitted date
1 tbsp raw shelled hemp seeds (or seeds of your choice)
1/2 ripe medium banana
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup baby kale (or spinach)
1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Top with 1/2 a piece of your favourite fruit and enjoy
