Introducing the beautiful Tamara!

Tamara qualified as a New Zealand Registered Nurse in 2001 with a Degree in Health Sciences (Nursing). She worked her way through a multitude of disciplines which eventually saw her in the UK working at a prominent West London Clinic for Plastic Surgery. Tamara worked her way up to senior level, but always had a very strong interest in nutritional medicine.

Here is a quick fire set of questions we posed to her to get to know her a bit better!

Q1.  What is your favorite meal to cook for your family?

Gluten free lasagne. I pimp it out grated carrots, grated parsnips, mushrooms and its the one meal that everyone in the household devours.. so satisfying when that happens

Q2. What is one of your highlights since working in the industry?

it would have to be the incredible practitioners I have met, working alongside Dr william Williams. Primary  Training in ACNEM. Co labbing with KAYTEE thats the best highlight.

Q3. Your favorite easy tip to give to clients?

Eat food that came from mother nature, no GUILT, balance,moderation, laughter, movement, DARK CHOCOLATE and WINE
